Rental terms.

• Payment is due upfront by card to reserve crates and a delivery window.
• All listed prices include Tennessee sales tax.
• Full refund if we cannot deliver as scheduled.
• Cancel free — full refund — any time until noon the day before your delivery date.
• Cancel after noon the day before: 25% rescheduling fee, remainder refunded.
• Cancel at the door (we arrive and you no longer need crates): 50% fee, remainder refunded.
• Rescheduling to another open window is always free with a day's notice.

• We deliver to the old address and pick up at the new address, at the windows in your confirmation text.
• Zone fees are set by the farther of the two addresses.
• If nobody is available at a scheduled apartment/gated pickup and we cannot access the crates, a $25 re-trip fee applies.

• Do not pack liquids without sealed containers, hazardous materials, loose dirt, chemicals, or paint.
• Do not pack any crate so heavy that one person cannot lift it safely — the 100-lb rating is a strength rating, not a lifting recommendation.
• Crates remain the property of Chattanooga Crates and may only be used at the addresses on the order.
• Keep crates indoors or under cover; they are weather-resistant, not weather-proof.

Text before pickup day to extend: $8/day for 20 crates, $14/day for 40, $19/day for 60, subject to availability.

Chattanooga Crates is responsible for delivering clean, sound crates on time. We are not responsible for damage to items you pack or for injuries caused by overloading, stacking beyond five high, or unsafe lifting. Our maximum liability on any order is the total amount you paid for that order.
