Free boxes still cost tape, assembly, sagging bottoms, and a recycling pile when you are done. Crates show up ready, hold 100 lbs each, and disappear when you are done. For two full weeks of 20 big 27-gallon crates with a dolly, delivery, pickup, and tax, $100 is the whole bill.

How strong are the crates?

Our crates are 27-gallon heavy-duty totes rated to hold up to 100 lbs each and stack four high loaded. Bigger than the totes other local operators rent, and strong enough for books, dishes, pantry items, tools, and dorm gear.

How many crates do I need?

Most studio and 1-bedroom moves start with 20 crates. Most 2-bedroom moves need 40. Larger homes, staging jobs, and cleanouts should start with 60.

How long do I keep the crates?

Every rental is two full weeks — one week to pack before the move, one week to unpack after. No add-ons to think about, and if you finish early we will happily pick up sooner.

Do prices include tax?

Yes. Every price you see includes Tennessee sales tax. The price on the pricing card is the total you pay.

Yes. Send gate codes, building numbers, elevator instructions, and any loading-zone rules before delivery.

For most houses, no, if there is a safe covered drop spot. For apartments, gated buildings, or elevators, someone usually needs to be available.
