Booking + payment
Once you confirm a package and dates, we send a secure card payment link. Payment upfront reserves your crates and delivery window; your confirmation text includes both windows and a link to the rental terms.
Straight answer on availability
We only book delivery dates we can actually hit. If your date is inside our current lead time, we'll tell you instead of taking your money.
